Rules

What is NOT allowed:

  • Calls for violence
  • Hate speech: Dehumanization, threats, or degradation of people or individuals
  • Extremely graphic content
  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work)
  • Harassment
  • Doxxing
  • Spam or fraudulent services
  • Illegal content
  • No Nazi Comparisons
Nazi comparisons almost always lead to an immediate shutdown of discourse, unless you are already firmly established. To stay on the safe side, we use historical comparisons instead (e.g., Napoleon, Caesar, East Germany/GDR, etc.) or international examples.

What is allowed:

  • Nonsense (but please no spam)
  • Satire in all forms
  • Politics
  • Humor of any kind (dark, flat, absurd, etc.)
  • Respectful behavior, even while roasting their ideas.
  • Making fun of everything / Roasting (religions, ideologies, etc.)

Example:
Saying “This party is a bunch of incompetent clowns who can’t do anything” is satire;
saying “Voters of this party are subhumans and should all be eliminated” is hate speech.

Above all, this community values freedom of speech and humor. We understand the difference between a joke/criticism and actual hate speech.
(Example: “The Quran claims to know everything about the world, but the evidence is basically ‘trust me bro’ ” is a joke/critique, not hate speech).

Primary language is English, but if you post something that is non-English, please provide a translation there.

Satire relies on context. Please provide a source so everyone understands exactly what the joke is making fun of.

All your posts are public so be aware of your behavior.
Please be aware that jokes could reshape reality, so please don’t take everything seriously and do your own research.

Anecdotes are not evidence.
Be normal, don’t be a psycho.

Valid Source

We define a valid source as following:

  • A source must be publicly available.
  • A source must be free and accessible without any registration.
  • You do not need to provide an entire book. Citing the specific chapter or excerpt that directly addresses the claim is sufficient.

The reason for this is simple: we need to verify the information, and we will not spend money or provide personal data just to check a source. A source must be free. Otherwise, we have to ask: does the author want money, or do they want to help the community?

Anything hidden behind paywalls, login screens, or not available on the public internet is considered an unverified source and will not count as a fact.
